2. What this website processes

This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party content (no embedded videos, no social media plugins) and serves its fonts from this server, not from Google.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website runs on our own virtual server at IONOS SE. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, browser identifier and referring page. This is required for secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

4. Cloudflare

For security and fast delivery the website is served through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes IP addresses and technical connection data on our behalf (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Links to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram

We link to our profiles on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Only when you follow such a link do these providers process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Email

If you write to us, we use your details only to answer you and delete them once they are no longer needed.

7. Our production tools and the YouTube API Services

Our internal production tool ("querigami Werkbank") uses the YouTube API Services solely to manage our own YouTube channel: uploading our own videos, setting captions and thumbnails, and reading our own channel's statistics. It does not access, collect, store or share data of other YouTube users or of visitors to this website. By using our channel features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time via Google security settings.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Just write to querigami@gmail.com.
